30 Day Color Challenge - Day 29

Another water color picture done with Spectrum Noir Aqua markers.  This time, I used the Spectrum pencils to add dimension to the picture.

Color Challenge - Day 28

This card is colored using Spectrum Aqua markers.  I saw a tutorial on the Heartfelt Creations blog where you stamp the image then outline the design with the markers and use a water pen to blend.  I really like the effect.

Color Challenge - Day 15

Really messed up today's project - first I cut the paper crooked, then I really messed up the shading, but - what I really wanted to do was practice how to get scales on this little dragon - not sure if I will use or throw away the thing, what do you think?  I do like the way the scales turned out though.

Color Challenge - Day 10

Busy day yesterday, so I decided to finish a project started in a "light source" workshop I attended at the Scrapbook Expo.  This card was created using outline stickers (which I simply love!).  I did the skirt with Copic markers, and experimented for the first time with Copic White highlights.  The baked goods were finished with my Spectrum Noir.  Overall, I like the result, but the white highlights are a bit edgy and thick - next time I will use a thinner brush to apply.
